Captain’s Island, located on the last tract of development in Daniel Island Park, is a one of a kind waterfront community reminiscent of waterfront villages such as Mount Pleasant’s Old Village or Georgia’s Isle of Hope. Previously known as Rhoden Island, this intimate community will feature 100 acres of traditional and contemporary homes surrounded by trails and footpaths embracing the rich, natural environment. Navigable waters abound offering unparalleled access to Ralston Creek and the Wando River.
The first collection of homesites is currently released, offering park and pond-view sites starting in the $300’s, marsh front sites in the $700’s and deepwater, dockable sites starting at $1 million. Homes on Captain’s Island will be subject to a unique set of design principles to help preserve the original vision of the island. Among those principles is the requirement of all homes to use metal roofing.
