February Covid-19 fears could not stop the CHS Real Estate Market. Year-to-date, sales are up 10% and median price has increased by 7%. While inventory is still down, (22%), buyers are still out buying. Over the last 48 days, 2,035 homes have become active contingent, or under contract with conditions such as financing or home inspections. Year to date, we are up 10.3% in transactions from 2019. Bottom line: If you were planning to buy or sell, other people are too. Don’t let the virus change your plans.
